I'm applying the rewrites for "Mystical Manuscript" on its computer document. After that, the fourth draft will be finished.
While immersed in my jewelry training, I had to put it to the side, and while it was there, I really worried about it. That its problems and inconsistencies couldn't be fixed. Rereading it again has brought me peace.
Living in a forest has saved me.
We don't own a car, so the walks and hikes to the store and beyond have become my meditations.
Last night, I dreamed bits of concrete rained on us in the mountains. They left smoke streaks across the sky.
I am currently reading Jules Cashford's "The Moon: Myth and Image". This book is helping me come to terms with the motivations of the unconscious in my work.
Things can get frustrating lately. The job offers I get are out of town. I injured my back while bike riding. I tried to make a white chocolate mousse that wouldn't whip beyond white chocolate soup.
But there are also glimpses of magic here and there.
Like in this photo. A fairy photobomb, perhaps?

I missed your Wednesday post, so I scrolled down and saw the progress. Great photos here. I like the idea of a fairy photobomb :) Strange you should dream of bits of concrete and smoke streaks with the meteorite breaking apart over Russia.
ReplyDeleteGet your back well, and have a happy weekend!
I woke up in the middle of the night and saw a video of the meteorite, so that's certainly why I had that dream! It was a very cosmic day... Thank you and you too!
